We want every order to arrive with care and clarity. This policy explains when returns are accepted, how damaged or incorrect items are handled, and what to prepare before contacting us.
Returns are reviewed based on product condition, order type, delivery record, and whether the item can be safely resold.
Most standard, non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery when they remain unused and in their original condition.
Some items are not eligible for ordinary returns because of customization, use, hygiene, or product condition.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, contact us as soon as possible with photos and order details.
Refunds are not issued before a return request is reviewed. Once your request is approved, we will share return instructions. After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method when eligible.

For ordinary returns, return shipping costs are usually the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was caused by our error, such as a wrong item, missing item, or verified damage during fulfillment.
Original shipping fees may be non-refundable unless required by applicable rules or unless the return is caused by our confirmed mistake.
Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or specially requested items are generally final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order.
Items that have been used, worn, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without reasonable packaging may be rejected or refunded only partially.
